About Zemun: Zemun is the oldest neighbourhood in Belgrade, and arguably holds the most attractive parts of the city. Zemun is an old municipality on the right bank of the Danube, with its Austro-Hungarian core, Gardoš and the riverside. The mix of narrow old streets in the centre and modern estates further out means the move is planned around the type of building — from listed houses to new blocks with lifts.

In Zemun the gap between the old core and the new blocks is the widest in the city — in Gardoš it is carrying up cobbles, at Altina it is a lift. That difference is the main item in the price.
