The road and the border
Through Hungary from the Horgoš crossing, then through Austria into Bavaria. Motorway the whole way, with the Austrian vignette and tolls included in the price. Eleven hours plus loading means the vehicle leaves one day and delivers the next.

Practical notes
In Munich, stopping in front of the building usually requires a temporary parking ban (Halteverbot), applied for in advance. Many buildings also have lifts too small for furniture, which means either an external furniture lift through the window or carrying by hand with the bulky pieces dismantled. Both are decided at the survey, not on the morning of the move.
