Belgrade Waterfront is the newest residential complex in the city — and moving in it follows its own rules. We move flats regularly in the towers BW Residences, BW Scala, BW Aurora and BW Vista and the buildings around them, so the notice procedure, the goods lifts and the delivery zones are things we know from doing them rather than reading about them.
What is different about moving at Belgrade Waterfront
- Notice to security and building management. The move is registered in advance and you are given a slot. Without that, the crew cannot use the goods lift at all. We take you through the procedure and match the crew's arrival to the approved slot.
- The goods lift, and protecting the common areas. The towers have goods lifts, and the corridors and lifts have to be protected from damage. We bring the covering for the floor and the corners.
- The underground garage has a height limit. A larger van cannot get into the garage. We use the delivery zones and the apron beside the tower, and everything goes through the goods lift.
- Rules about timing. In most of the towers, moves are allowed on weekdays within set hours. We pick the slot so that nothing stalls.
