Moving between Belgrade and Warsaw — KOMBI-KOMBI

Belgrade to Warsaw is about 1,100 km, twelve hours' driving, with a studio from €1,320. Warsaw moves are almost entirely professional relocations — banking, technology and the international offices that have grown there over the past decade.

What the move costs

The price depends on how much there is, how many days of packing are needed, the floor at each address, and any extras. Indicative starting prices:

The road and the border

North through Hungary and Slovakia, past Kraków and on to Warsaw — or through the Czech Republic when the Tatra road is poor. Twelve hours means an overnight with the mandatory rest, and we plan the delivery for the following morning rather than a late arrival.

What the price includes

  • The vehicle at your address in Belgrade at the agreed time
  • A crew — driver and two movers
  • Fragile items packed in stretch film and bubble wrap
  • Dismantling of large furniture — beds, wardrobes, tables
  • Loading and securing the load in the vehicle
  • Transport of 1,100 km to Warsaw
  • Customs paperwork — inventory, CMR and transit documents
  • Unloading at your new address and reassembly of the furniture
  • Cover against breakage, theft and road accidents

About Warsaw

Deliveries go across the city, most often to Mokotów, Wola, Ursynów and the newer developments near the centre. Łódź is on the same runs, and Kraków is on the road for anyone splitting a vehicle.

Practical notes

Most Warsaw deliveries we make are to newer apartment blocks, and in those the move is decided by the goods lift: it is booked with the building management, often for a two-hour window and sometimes not at weekends. Give us the building's rules when you ask for a price, because that window sets the whole day. The older blocks in Praga and Śródmieście are the opposite — no goods lift, narrow stairs, and a bigger crew instead.
