VIP is our full-service move with the cleaning included at both ends. You hand over the old flat cleaned after the load has gone, and you walk into a new one that has been cleaned after everything is in. It is the service we suggest most often to people who have sold one flat and bought another, because that is when the list of obligations is longest.

Every VIP move is surveyed first, because the cleaning depends on the state of both flats as much as on their size.
Discretion
Some clients would rather the building did not watch the whole move. We can work in the evening or at night, keep the crew small, and say nothing about the job to anyone. If that matters to you, mention it at the survey.
How it runs
- Survey at both addresses, with a written quote covering the move and the cleaning.
- A coordinator assigned to you for the whole job.
- Packing, dismantling and loading, then cleaning the empty flat.
- Transport, unloading, reassembly and unpacking at the new address.
- Final clean once the furniture is in place, and everything unwanted taken away.

What does a VIP move cost?
From RSD 17,000 for a studio up to RSD 150,000 for 200 m². Each job is surveyed first, because cleaning depends on the state of the flats.
What exactly gets cleaned?

Do I need to be present?
No, apart from handing over and receiving keys. That is the point of the service.

Yes, and often we do — evening and night work suits clients who want the move to attract as little attention as possible.
What happens to the furniture I am not taking?
It goes with us and is disposed of properly, with the tip fee included. That is part of VIP rather than an extra.
How far ahead should I book?
A week or more, and earlier for the end of the month.
