Most buildings have a lift, which speeds the loading up considerably, but we reserve parking in the business district and around the Arena in advance. What actually decides the price in New Belgrade

New Belgrade is the easiest municipality in the city to move in — wide access, a lift in most buildings and room for the vehicle. That is why the price here is usually closer to the base rate than in the centre.

• Office moves — more office relocations happen here than anywhere else. The slot is usually Friday evening or the weekend, so the business is working normally again on Monday.
• Underground car parks — in newer buildings the entrance is often too low for a truck. If the loading is from the garage, tell us the clearance height so we send the right vehicle.
• The blocks and their numbering — the entrance is often a long way from the street, so it helps to give us the entrance number, not just the block.
• Traffic around the Arena and the shopping centres — when there is an event at the Arena, access to the surrounding blocks is at a standstill in the evening. We check the schedule before confirming a slot.
