When a company moves, the cost is not the van — it is the hours the business is not working. We move offices in the evening, overnight and at weekends, with a written quote that itemises what is included, so Monday morning starts normally.
Out of hours, so nothing stops
Most of our business moves happen after closing or over a weekend. Desks and equipment go out on Friday evening and are in place, reassembled and plugged in by Monday. For larger offices we move department by department, so part of the company is always working.
What we move
- IT firms — servers, rack cabinets and workstations; cables labelled as they come out, configuration left to your administrator
- Medical practices — dental chairs, X-ray and sensitive equipment, dismantled and set back up
- Pharmacies and retail — shelving, tills and stock, moved outside trading hours
- Cafés and restaurants — kitchen equipment, fridges, furniture
- Offices of any size — desks, chairs, cabinets, archives, meeting rooms
Archives and confidential material
Files travel in sealed archive boxes, labelled by department and listed on an inventory, so nothing is unaccounted for between the two addresses. If the archive is to go into storage rather than the new office, that is arranged at the same time.
What you get in writing
- A fixed, itemised quote — transport, crew, dismantling, packing materials and any storage shown separately
- A schedule with the times work starts and ends at each address
- Cover on every item against breakage, theft and road accidents
- An invoice from a registered company — VAT details on request
Also part of the job
- Dismantling and reassembly of office furniture and shelving
- Disposal of furniture and equipment you are not taking
- Short or long-term storage when the new premises are not ready
- Specialist loads — safes, servers, laboratory and medical equipment
How we plan it
- A site visit at both addresses — lifts, loading access, parking, and what needs dismantling.
- A written quote and a schedule, agreed with whoever is coordinating on your side.
- Labelling — every item and box marked with its destination room or desk.
- The move itself, out of working hours.
- Reassembly and a walk-through before we leave.
Frequently asked questions
What does an office move cost?
It is quoted after a site visit, because the price turns on volume, lifts, access and how much dismantling is needed. You get the quote in writing, with the items separated.
Can you move us at the weekend?
Yes — most of our business moves happen on Friday evening or at the weekend, at no surcharge.
Do you handle servers and IT equipment?
We transport them and label the cabling as it comes out. Reconfiguration stays with your own administrator, which is how it should be.
What about confidential files?
They travel in sealed, labelled archive boxes listed on an inventory taken at loading.
Can you store equipment between two offices?
Yes, in our climate-controlled warehouse in Belgrade, for as long as you need.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. We are a registered company — PIB 108041789 — and invoice for every job.
