How the privacy is actually kept
- A signed confidentiality agreement — every mover on your job undertakes silence about the address you are leaving, the address you are going to, and anything seen in the property. You can read the agreement before you confirm the date.
- No photographs — nothing is photographed on this service: not the rooms, not the belongings, and no pictures with you. None of your move ends up in our gallery or on social media.
- A settled, smaller team — we send people who have worked with us a long time rather than the first crew free. The number of people who know anything at all is kept to a minimum.
- A discreet arrival — by arrangement we come in an unmarked vehicle, early in the morning or late in the evening, when there are fewest people in the building and on the street.
- One point of contact — a coordinator, so you are not explaining the same thing to several people or repeating details to whoever answers.
- No references — we never cite the names of clients from this service, not to other clients and not in quotations.
Who this service is for
Public figures are the reason the service exists, but they are not the only people who ask for it:

What the service includes
The work itself is the same as our VIP move — planning, packing, dismantling, transport, reassembly, unpacking and cleaning — carried out under the conditions above. That is also why discretion and VIP are usually chosen together: you do not have to be present, so fewer people see you at all.
For higher-value items — instruments, art and antiques, safes — a separate inventory is drawn up and additional cover arranged before the move.
What it costs
Priced on enquiry. The work is the same as a VIP move, so the price list gives the order of magnitude; what changes is the crew, the hours and the vehicle, which are agreed for each job. There is no surcharge for the confidentiality agreement itself.

How far in advance should I book?
Seven to ten days is best, because the date has to fit the settled team's availability. Urgent moves are possible, but the choice of people is smaller.
