Čukarica is a large municipality in the south-west of Belgrade, along the Sava and Ada Ciganlija. The hills of Banovo Brdo, Cerak and Žarkovo alternate with flatter ground by the river, so the terrain is always part of the estimate here.

What actually decides the price in Čukarica
Čukarica is large and uneven — flats on Banovo Brdo at one end, houses in Sremčica at the other. The price range here is wider than in other municipalities, and an estimate without the exact address is not worth much.
- Banovo Brdo — buildings with lifts, but parking around Požeška is tight. It is worth securing a space outside the entrance.
- Cerak Vinogradi — an estate built around steps and footpaths between the blocks. A vehicle often cannot reach the entrance, so carrying is part of the plan.
