On an ordinary move you pack and we carry. On a full-service move you do nothing at all — no packing, no unpacking, no reassembly. You get a move coordinator: one person who runs the job from the survey to the last screw, and one person to call about anything.
What is included
- Survey and plan — both addresses visited, an inventory taken, lifts and access checked, a written quote given
- Materials — boxes, stretch film, bubble wrap and tape, brought by us; you buy nothing
- Packing — everything, including clothes on hangers, crockery, books and the contents of drawers
- Dismantling — wardrobes, beds, kitchen units, shelving, curtain rails
- Transport with the vehicle and crew the job needs
- Unpacking and reassembly at the new address, with furniture placed according to the plan
- Packing waste removed when we leave
You do not need to be present for the carrying, and in practice most clients are not.

How it runs
- Survey at both addresses and a written, itemised quote.
- A date and a plan — including where each piece of furniture goes in the new home.
- Packing day, usually the day before the move for anything larger than a studio.
- Moving day — dismantling, loading, transport, unloading.
- Reassembly and unpacking, furniture placed, waste taken away.

What does a full-service move cost?
From RSD 34,000 for a studio, RSD 50,000 for a one-bedroom and RSD 80,000 for a two-bedroom. Larger homes are quoted after a survey.
Do I have to be there?
Only to hand over and receive the keys. Many clients are abroad or at work for the whole move.
Do you supply the boxes?
Yes, all the materials are included and brought by us. Nothing for you to buy or collect.
Do you unpack as well?
Yes — unpacking, reassembly and placing the furniture according to the plan are part of the service.
How is it different from VIP?
