Moving between Belgrade and Düsseldorf — KOMBI-KOMBI

Belgrade to Düsseldorf is about 1,550 km, with a studio from €1,860. It is one of our steadier German runs — the Rhine-Ruhr region holds the densest concentration of Serbs in Germany, and a good share of them live within an hour of the city.

What the move costs

The price depends on how much there is, how many days of packing are needed, the floor at each address, and any extras. Indicative starting prices:

The road and the border

Hungary, Austria and southern Germany, then north-west on the A3 through Frankfurt and Cologne to the Rhine. It is motorway almost the whole way, and the A3 through the Ruhr is the section where an hour is most often lost to roadworks — which is why we set out early rather than promise a tight arrival.

About Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf and the towns around it — Neuss, Ratingen, Hilden, Langenfeld — take in a large part of the Rhine-Ruhr community. We deliver into Oberbilk, Bilk, Flingern and Gerresheim most often, and cover Duisburg, Krefeld and Wuppertal on the same runs.

Practical notes

Düsseldorf has a low-emission zone (Umweltzone) covering the city, so the vehicle needs a green Umweltplakette — ours carry one. Stopping outside the building generally needs a temporary parking ban (Halteverbot), applied for a few days in advance; we explain how. The Altstadt has narrow lanes and restricted access hours, and many of the older blocks in Bilk and Flingern have no lift or one too small for a wardrobe, so upper floors mean either an external furniture lift or carrying by hand with the bulky pieces dismantled.
