Belgrade to Lyon is about 1,600 km, with a studio from €1,920. Lyon is the second city of France and the one where the Serbian community outside Paris is largest, concentrated in the eastern suburbs.
What the move costs
The price depends on how much there is, how many days of packing are needed, the floor at each address, and any extras. Indicative starting prices:
| Home | Volume | From |
|---|---|---|
| Studio or one-bedroom, up to 30 m² | up to 8 m³ | €1,920 |
| Two-bedroom, 30–50 m² | 10–15 m³ | €2,300 |
| Three-bedroom, 50–80 m² | 15–20 m³ | €2,880 |
| Four-bedroom or house, 80 m²+ | 20 m³+ | €3,650 |
These are starting prices, calculated per kilometre driven. A full service with movers, packing and reassembly runs at €1.5–1.9 per kilometre; groupage is charged by the space your load takes up. For an exact figure call +381 66 50-40-30-9.

About Lyon
The community here lives mainly in Vaulx-en-Velin, Vénissieux, Villeurbanne and Bron, and around the chemical and logistics employers of the Rhône corridor. Saint-Étienne, Grenoble and Valence are on the same runs.
Practical notes
Lyon has a low-emission zone and requires a Crit'Air sticker on the windscreen — a French scheme, not an EU one, so a vehicle carrying a German or Austrian sticker is not covered. Ours are registered for it. The other thing is the Presqu'île, the narrow peninsula between the two rivers: streets there are tight, many are one-way, and the nineteenth-century buildings have courtyards reached through carriage gates and stairwells that will not take large furniture. A photograph of the entrance answers most of it.
