Truck with a hydraulic tail lift and sack trucks for heavy gym equipment — KOMBI-KOMBI

A gym is the physically hardest commercial move there is: hundreds of kilograms of plate, machines over 300 kg, treadmills that have to be dismantled before they go anywhere, and floors that will not take a pallet truck. It needs the right crew and the right equipment, not more hands.

What we move

  • Cardio machines — treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, rowers, dismantled where required
  • Resistance machines, including units over 300 kg
  • Free weights — plates, dumbbells, racks, bars
  • Rigs and frames, bolted down and rebuilt at the other end
  • Flooring — rubber tiles and mats
  • Reception, lockers and studio equipment

Weight is the whole problem

Plate travels in small loads spread across the vehicle floor, not stacked in one place, because a tonne of iron in the wrong spot is a problem for the axle and for the stairs. Machines are dismantled to the point the manufacturer allows and no further. Where the building has a lift with a weight limit, we work it out in advance — that limit, not the crew, is what decides how long the job takes.

Scheduling around members

Gyms move overnight or over a weekend, and often in stages: the cardio floor first, the free weights last, so members keep some of the facility open. We agree the sequence in writing before the first machine is touched.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to move a gym?

From RSD 35,000 for up to ten machines, RSD 65,000 for a medium gym and RSD 100,000 for a fitness centre. A single machine is RSD 5,000–10,000.

Do you dismantle treadmills?

Yes, to the extent the manufacturer allows, and reassemble them at the new address.

What about the weight limit in the lift?

We check it first. It usually decides the plan, and sometimes means carrying plate by the stairs in small loads.

Can you move us in stages?

Yes, and for a working gym it is usually the sensible option — the floor empties section by section.

Do you move rubber flooring?

Yes, lifted, stacked and relaid at the other end if you want it reused.

Is the equipment insured?

Yes, against breakage, theft and road accidents.
