What the job involves
You do not need to sort anything, bring anything out, or be there for the carrying. Tell us what is inside and we come with the crew, the tools and the right vehicle.

The entry fee at the tip is included. The full-van price is at the lower end when everything is already outside, at the higher end when our crew carries it out. Why people put this off — and why they should not
A cluttered basement is not just lost storage. Damp furniture and cardboard hold moisture against the walls, cardboard and textiles attract mice, and in a shared building a full basement compartment is a fire-safety problem as well as a neighbourly one. An attic packed to the rafters is the same story with worse access.
The job is almost always smaller than it looks from the doorway. A standard basement compartment is usually an hour's work for two people.
Where it ends up
At the municipal tip, entry fee paid — never beside your building or next to the nearest bin. That is the most common complaint we hear about cheaper outfits: the clutter leaves the basement and reappears on the pavement, where it stays. We are a registered company with a tax number and we issue an invoice for the work.

How long does it take?
A standard basement compartment is usually under an hour for two people. A full attic in a house takes longer, and we will say so when we quote.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to let us in and confirm what goes. After that you do not have to stay — and you certainly do not have to carry anything.
Do you sort what can still be used?
Tell us before we start if anything is to be kept and we will set it aside. Everything else goes.
Can you come at the weekend?
Yes. We work every day, around the clock, at no extra charge for weekends.
What about a shop, office or garage?
Same service. Business premises and garages are cleared in the same way, and we can schedule outside working hours.
