Belgrade to Amsterdam is one of our regular monthly runs — about 1,900 km, entirely within the EU, so there is no customs procedure on the way out. A studio starts at €2,280 and the price is the same in the other direction.
What the move costs
The price depends on how much there is, how many days of packing are needed, the floor at each address, and any extras. Indicative starting prices:
| Home | Volume | From |
|---|---|---|
| Studio or one-bedroom, up to 30 m² | up to 8 m³ | €2,280 |
| Two-bedroom, 30–50 m² | 10–15 m³ | €2,740 |
| Three-bedroom, 50–80 m² | 15–20 m³ | €3,420 |
| Four-bedroom or house, 80 m²+ | 20 m³+ | €4,150 |
These are starting prices, calculated per kilometre driven. A full service with movers, packing and reassembly runs at €1.5–1.9 per kilometre; groupage is charged by the space your load takes up. For an exact figure call +381 66 50-40-30-9.

The road and the border
We drive through Hungary, crossing at Horgoš, then on the motorway past Budapest, through Austria and Germany, and into the Netherlands near Arnhem. It is one run inside the EU from the Hungarian border onwards, which is why it is quicker than a Swiss or British route of comparable length. Coming back, the load clears customs on entry into Serbia and we handle that paperwork.

About Amsterdam
Around 10,000 people of Serbian origin live in the Netherlands, some 7,000 of them around Rotterdam. In Amsterdam itself the moves are mostly skilled migrants and students, spread across the city and the wider Randstad — Haarlem, Almere, Amstelveen and Utrecht.
Practical notes
Amsterdam is the hardest city on this list for a removal vehicle. The canal belt has narrow streets, weight and width limits on the bridges, and a low-emission zone covering the centre. Most canal houses are tall, deep and narrow, with stairs a wardrobe will not go up — which is why so much furniture in the city is hoisted through the window on the gable beam. We plan for that: tell us the floor and whether there is a hook above the window, and bring the right kit. A parking bay for the vehicle is booked with the borough in advance; without one you are carrying from wherever the van can stop.
Frequently asked questions
What does this route cost?
From €2,280 for a studio up to 8 m³, €2,740 for a two-bedroom, €3,420 for a three-bedroom and €4,150 for a house. The price is calculated per kilometre driven.
Is there a customs procedure?
Not on the way out — both countries are in the EU. Coming back into Serbia there is a full entry procedure, and we prepare the inventory and the documents.
How long does it take?
About 19 hours of driving, 1–3 working days door to door with the drivers' mandatory rest periods.
Can furniture be hoisted through the window?
In Amsterdam it is often the only way. Tell us the floor and whether the building has a hoist beam, and we will bring the equipment and the crew for it.
Do you run part loads?
Yes. On a part load you pay for the space you take rather than for the whole vehicle, which suits a smaller shipment.
Do you also move from Rotterdam and The Hague?
Yes, and from Utrecht, Eindhoven and Groningen — the whole country is covered on the same run.
