Frequently asked questions

How do I pick the right service?

It depends on how much you want to hand over. If you would rather not think about any of it, take the full-service move — we pack, transport and reassemble. If your boxes are already packed and you only need things carried and driven, furniture and goods transport is enough. For particular items — a piano, a safe, artwork — there are the specialist services. Call us and we will suggest the combination that costs you least.

Can I combine services in one visit?

Yes, and most people do. A flat move often includes dismantling and reassembling the furniture and hauling away the old things, all in the same slot. It is all agreed up front in the free quote, so nobody has to come back a second time.

What is the best value for a small flat?

For a studio or a one-room flat with nothing bulky in it, a standard van with two people is the cheapest way. If there are wardrobes or beds that have to come apart, add the assembly service — it costs less than calling someone out afterwards.
