Moving company in Novi Sad
Moving in Novi Sad:
A move in Novi Sad is straightforward when the crew does it every day. We do more than 3,000 moves a year, and the vehicles carry what the work needs: lifting straps rated to 800 kg, box straps, trolleys, moving blankets and proper protective materials. Have a look at our photo gallery to see what the work actually looks like — it is only part of it, but enough to form a view. The reviews below are worth reading too (more than 700 people have given us five stars). They are the best account of how we work, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
The crews handle every part of it — dismantling and reassembling, packing, loading, unloading, unpacking and storage. The packing materials are the proper ones, stretch film included, and boxes come free so that preparing is not another cost. We also do heavy and awkward items, which need different equipment rather than more people. Whatever part of it you want handled, have a look at the range of service that we offer, and put together a plan that fits what you need and what you want to spend.
Moving in Novi Sad: Novi Sad is Serbia's second city by population and was for a long time the centre of Serbian culture, which earned it the name Serbian Athens. Today it is a major industrial and financial centre, a university town, and the cultural, scientific, medical, political and administrative capital of Vojvodina — host to a great many events, with its museums, galleries, libraries and theatres. It is, after Belgrade, the city people move to most.
All of which makes Novi Sad one of the better places to live in Serbia, and explains why the number of moves here has doubled in two years.
Whether your move in Novi Sad is local, to another city or abroad, KOMBI-KOMBI can do it. Leaving it to a company that does this every day is what removes most of the stress — and most of the improvising.
If all you need is transport for furniture or goods, we cover that too. There is no need to wait a week or a month for a shop to deliver — call us and your furniture can be at your address within two hours. It is all simpler if you leave it to kombi-kombi.rs for transport and removals.
Quick, efficient moves in Novi Sad
What you want from a move is that it is quick and that nothing goes wrong. That is the whole of what we offer in Novi Sad — a crew that has done this often enough to know how each job should be approached before it starts.
Everything from a studio to a large business premises, including fragile and awkward loads. The service covers planning the move, packing and protecting your things, and the loading and unloading itself, with the materials and equipment that the job actually requires.
We fit the date around you rather than the other way round, including weekends and evenings. From the first call to the point where the new place is set up, it is the same company and the same agreed price.
The full service, for homes and businesses
Homes and business premises alike, with vehicles equipped for the work. Packing, transport and unpacking, and you can take as much or as little of that as you want. For a business the point is to keep the interruption short; for a household it is that the day finishes when it was supposed to.

Moving in Novi Sad — a guide to the town and around it
Novi Sad is only about 80 km north of Belgrade on the E-75, so a flat move is almost always finished in a single day. As Serbia's second city and the capital of Vojvodina, it is one of our most requested routes, with a steady flow of students and families moving to Liman and Grbavica.
We move across the whole city — Liman I to IV and Grbavica, Detelinara and Novo Naselje, Podbara, Salajka, and Petrovaradin on the other side of the Danube. The Petrovaradin fortress and the narrow streets of the old core need a careful approach, while the blocks on Liman mostly have lifts. The newer building on Bulevar Evrope and at Telep has wider access, but parking in the centre at busy times is reserved in advance.
What a Belgrade – Novi Sad move costs
Transport is charged per kilometre driven, one way— RSD 200 per km (about €1.70). For distances under 40 km it is RSD 230 per km. Belgrade to Novi Sad is80 km (about an hour on the E-75 motorway).
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Distance — 80 km × RSD 200 | RSD 16,000 |
| Starting price for transport | from RSD 16,000 |
This is the price for transport only, with no crew. Loading and unloading are charged separately and depend above all on the floor and whether there is a lift — carrying from a fourth floor with no lift can take longer than the drive itself. Packing, dismantling and reassembly and the materials are added according to the work involved; the full price list is on the page Moving prices. You get an exact figure once we have seen the list of items, the floor and how close a vehicle can get; the survey is free.
International routes from Novi Sad
Novi Sad is closer to the Hungarian border than Belgrade is, so moves to western Europe are shorter and cheaper from here. Three routes have their own pages with prices:
Other destinations: all international moves.
What is particular about Novi Sad
- Student moves — around the start and end of the academic year, in September and June, demand jumps on Liman and Grbavica where most of the student flats are. Book at least two weeks ahead then.
- Liman and Grbavica — tower blocks with lifts, so loading is quick. Parking is the problem, so we bring the vehicle early while there are still spaces outside the entrance.
- Podbara, Salajka and the old town — narrow streets and buildings with no lift. We allow more time for carrying out, and send an extra person where it is needed.
- Petrovaradin and Sremska Kamenica — crossing the bridge and the climb up to the fortress. For a larger truck we check the approach beforehand.
International moving from Novi Sad
As well as moves across Vojvodina and Serbia, we run regular international routes from Novi Sad to western Europe. Being closer to the Hungarian border than Belgrade makes some of them shorter and cheaper. The most requested:
- Moving in Novi Sad – Beč (about 500 km, from €430)
- Moving in Novi Sad – Graz (about 480 km, from €430)
- Moving in Novi Sad – München (Minhen) (about 1,000 km, from €620)
We also carry goods by van, as a part load or a whole one, in both directions. All international destinations are on the main page.
How a move in Novi Sad works
A move happens in three steps: free survey (by phone, through the contact form, or from photographs), packing, dismantling and loading on the agreed date, then unloading, reassembly and unpacking at the new address. Each step in detail: Full-service move.

Our moving company "KOMBI-KOMBI.rs" has been moving homes and carrying goods in Novi Sad for years, and built its name on doing the job properly at a price people can actually pay. We are based in Belgrade, and the crews have been doing removals and transport for more than thirteen years. What we are known for is working efficiently, carefully and cheaply. Every job gets done properly, however small it is — reliably, and on time.
We work around the clock, so call at any hour. We cover the whole of Novi Sad, and every other city in Serbia.
We have all the packing materials and moving boxes, crews for assembling and dismantling furniture, crews for loading and unloading, and disposal of whatever you are not taking.
It starts with a free quote, by a mobile or the contact form on the site itself. We then come to your address and look at both places, so we can establish exactly what is involved and give you a detailed estimate of the time and the price.
Moving prices in Novi Sad
The price of a move in Novi Sad comes down to a handful of things, and we would rather set them out than leave you guessing. The first is volume — more to move means more people and a larger vehicle. The second is distance, which is simply arithmetic. Then there is what is being moved: heavy or awkward items need different equipment rather than more hands. Packing is a choice, and so is wrapping everything in stretch film. Finally there is dismantling and reassembling the furniture, and how fixed your date is — an urgent slot costs more than a flexible one. Put together, those are the whole of the price, and you see all of them before anything is loaded.
These are what affect the price of a move in Novi Sad most:
- How long the move takes
- Whether it is a local move within Novi Sad or an intercity one
- Whether you are moving from the ground floor or an upper floor
- Whether furniture needs dismantling and reassembling
- Whether the building has a lift and whether your things fit in it
- Whether there is parking, and how close a vehicle can get to the entrance
- Whether you need the furniture protected
- Whether you need packing into moving boxes
- Whether you need storage
- How many people the move needs
