What to plan for
- Short runs, same-day delivery. For Bijeljina, Brčko or Tuzla the loading and unloading usually happen on the same day, which keeps the price down.
- Mountain roads. Routes towards Sarajevo, Mostar and Trebinje run through mountain passes, so in winter we plan extra time rather than promising an exact hour of arrival.
- Border crossings. We use Pavlovića most (for Bijeljina), Karakaj (Zvornik), Rača, Badovinci and Šepak, choosing whichever is quickest for your address and the traffic that day.
- Smaller loads. A single room or a few pieces of furniture is common on this route, and groupage usually works out cheaper than a dedicated van.

Paperwork and customs
Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia are both in the CEFTA agreement, which governs the movement of goods between them. Relief from duty on used personal and household effects in a change of residence depends on the rules of the country you are moving to and on the documents you provide — we prepare the packing list, and you will need your ID card or passport and the CMR that travels with the load.
