The price depends on the type of floor — laminate is fast, solid parquet is not — how much adhesive there is, the area, the floor of the building and whether the substrate needs cleaning for the new covering.
Working with dust control
For clients living in the flat while the work goes on, we work with dust extraction: the vacuum runs off the tool, we damp-wipe between stages, and the waste is bagged and sealed rather than carried loose through the stairwell. The neighbours barely notice.
Lifting and disposal as one job
The hard part of a renovation is not the floor, it is the waste. The city refuse service will not take old boards left beside a bin, and leaving them there earns a fine. We handle it in one run:
- lifting, cutting down and bagging the flooring
- loading into our vans — 4.3 × 1.9 × 1.9 m of load space
- the tip fee, included in the price
- proper disposal, not a pile next to your building

What does lifting a floor cost?
Laminate from RSD 150 per m², solid parquet from RSD 250, board flooring from RSD 300. Removing the adhesive is from RSD 200 per m², and disposal from RSD 5,000 per van with the tip fee included.
How long does a room take?
A laminate floor in a normal room is a few hours. Solid parquet glued to the slab, with the adhesive to come off as well, can take a full day.
Do you clean the substrate for the new floor?
If you want it. Say so when you ask for a quote, because it is separate work and it is what decides whether the fitter can start straight away.
Is it very dusty?
Less than you would expect. We run extraction off the tools and seal the waste in bags, which is what keeps the rest of the flat clean.
Where does the old flooring go?
To the municipal tip, with the fee included. Not beside the bins.
Can you do it urgently?
Usually yes, including weekends, at no surcharge.
