2. What data we collect

We collect only the data we need in order to provide a moving service:

  • When you contact us (form, email, telephone, Viber or WhatsApp): first and last name, telephone number, email address, the address you are moving from and to, and a description of what is being moved.
  • While you use the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, through Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel — only if you accept cookies.
  • When we carry out the work: all of the above, plus invoicing details (including a tax number if you are a company).

  • To correspond with you and give you a free quotation
  • To organise and carry out the move
  • To issue invoices and meet our legal obligations
  • To improve the site and analyse how it is used, in anonymised form
  • For marketing — only where you have expressly agreed

We process your data on the basis of:

  • your consent (contacting us, marketing, cookies);
  • performance of a contract (carrying out your move);
  • legal obligation (tax records, retention of invoices);
  • legitimate interest (fraud prevention, site security).

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies so that it works properly and so that we can improve your experience. There are three kinds:

  • Necessary (always active): these remember your theme (light or dark) and your cookie choice. The site does not work properly without them.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the site is used.
  • Marketing (only with your consent): Facebook Pixel and Google Ads, used for personalised advertising.

  • Our hosting provider (storage of the website) — in Serbia.

  • Client contact details: three years from the last contact
  • Invoices and tax documents: ten years (a legal requirement)
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): fourteen months
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent

8. Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have data erased (the "right to be forgotten");
  • portability — a copy of your data in a standard format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to office@kombi-kombi.rs. We reply within 30 days.

9. Security

Your data is held on protected servers with encryption. The site uses HTTPS (TLS) for all traffic. Only authorised KOMBI-KOMBI staff have access to the data.
