Prices
Why does the price of a move vary so much?
Because every move is different. The floor and whether there is a lift, how close the van can park, how much there is, whether you or we do the loading, how much furniture needs dismantling, and whether there is anything specialist like a piano — each of those changes the time, and time is what you are paying for.
How do I get a quote?
Call us, write through the contact form, or send photographs over Viber or WhatsApp. The more precisely you describe what there is and both addresses, the firmer the price we can give.
Is disposal of unwanted furniture included?
On a larger move, yes — furniture you are not taking goes with us to the tip at no extra charge.
How are moves outside Belgrade calculated?
By distance, plus the crew and the type of load. RSD 230 per kilometre under 60 km, RSD 200 above that, and RSD 125 on long runs, one way.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The figure we agree before the job is the figure you pay, unless you add work on the day.
Services
Do you dismantle furniture?
Yes, and often it is unavoidable — narrow hallways, no lift, or simply the size of the piece. Dismantling and reassembly protect the furniture as much as they make it possible to carry.
Do you deliver furniture from the shops?
Yes — IKEA, Emmezeta, Forma Ideale, Metro and the rest. Usually the same day, and often cheaper than the shop's own delivery. Anywhere in Serbia, not only Belgrade.
Do you take away building rubble?
Yes, across Belgrade, including loading and the tip fee.
Do you do international moves?
Yes, to and from European countries, with the customs paperwork prepared by us. See international moving.
Do you hire out vans?
Yes, with our driver — €200 a day for a van and €400 for the small truck, 200 km included. We do not hire vehicles for self-drive.
Do you offer storage during a move?
Yes, short or long term, in a climate-controlled warehouse — useful when the new place is not ready yet.
Packing and protection
Will my things be protected in transit?
Yes. You can pack yourself or we can pack for you; either way the furniture travels wrapped in blankets and stretch film, with corners on anything fragile.
Do you sell packing materials?
Yes — boxes in twelve sizes, tape, stretch film and bubble wrap, delivered free in Belgrade on orders over RSD 8,000. See moving boxes.
How many boxes will I need?
Roughly 15–20 for a studio, 25–35 for a one-bedroom, 40–55 for a two-bedroom. We take back what you do not use.
Can you pack fragile items only?
Yes, and it is a sensible middle option: you do the clothes and books, we do the crockery, glass and electronics.
On the day
How long does a move take?
A studio or one-bedroom is usually two to four hours, a two-bedroom three to five, a house most of a day. Without a lift, add time.
Do I need to be present?
Someone needs to let us in and confirm what goes where. On a full-service move many clients are at work or abroad for the whole thing.
What about parking for the van?
We arrange it in advance where the street requires it. A short carry from the vehicle to the door is what keeps a move quick.
Do you work at weekends and holidays?
Every day of the year, around the clock, at no surcharge.
Can you move me today?
Often, yes. Call and tell us the addresses and the amount — if a vehicle is free, we can be there within hours.
Payment and insurance
How can I pay?
Cash or bank transfer. Companies are invoiced. Card payment is not available.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes — against breakage, theft and road accidents, as part of the service.
What if something is damaged?
Tell us at delivery, before we leave, and we resolve it. That is what the cover is for and it is why the crew photographs the load.
Do I pay a deposit?
Not for a move. Van hire with a driver carries a €500 deposit with a notarised contract.
