The road and the border
We drive through Hungary, Austria, Germany and Denmark, then cross the Öresund bridge into Malmö and continue north to Stockholm. Everything from the Hungarian border on is inside the EU, so there is no customs stop — but the distance means two days of driving with the mandatory rest periods, and the bridge has a height limit, so the vehicle is chosen for the route rather than only for the load.

Practical notes
The Öresund bridge has a height limit, which is why we confirm the vehicle for this route rather than sending whatever is free. In winter the last leg through Denmark and southern Sweden is the part that slips: snow and wind can close the bridge for hours, so on December to February bookings we build a day of slack into the schedule rather than promise a time we cannot keep.
