Frequently asked questions
Do you carry the furniture into my apartment?
The basic service is transport only — the driver does not carry items. If you need loading and unloading, we send workers and that is charged separately. Tell us the floor and whether the lift works, because that is what determines the number of people needed.
Can you collect furniture from a store on my behalf?
Yes. We collect goods from furniture stores and shopping centres and deliver them to your address. We only need the receipt or delivery note and the time the goods can be picked up.
How fast can you deliver?
Within Belgrade, delivery is often possible the same day — in many cases within four hours. We work 0–24h, 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays.
Do you assemble the furniture as well?
Yes. Assembly costs 8% of the product price with a minimum of 3,000 RSD, and disassembly 4% with the same minimum. If we deliver and assemble in the same visit, the call-out fee is charged only once.
Is the furniture insured during transport?
Yes, shipments are insured against breakage, theft and traffic accidents. Additional insurance for high-value items can be arranged before the pickup.
Do you deliver outside Belgrade?
Yes, across Serbia and to 21 countries in Europe. Intercity delivery is charged per kilometre driven; for smaller shipments we also offer groupage transport, where you share the van and pay only for the space you use.
Do you issue an invoice for a company?
Yes. We are a registered agency (VAT No. 108041789, Reg. No. 63171590) and issue invoices to companies with payment to our bank account.
